Return and Refund Policy

At King’s Cook Cutlery and Apparel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused and undamaged products. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for the return.

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will provide a replacement or a refund at no additional cost to you. We may request that you provide photographic evidence of the defect or incorrect item.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of your refund or exchange status. We will process your refund or exchange within 7 business days if your return is approved.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale or clearance items.
